Giuseppe was all we could hope for and more. His team, which included his brother and girlfriend, went above and beyond in food quality, presentation, cleanup and generally being wonderful people. All of my guests (there were 19 of us) couldn't say better things and wish him the greatest success! One of our guests needed medical attention at the hospital and Giuseppe insisted on sending one of the team with us to help navigate the Italian medical system. We think that speaks volumes! The best part of Giuseppe is that he travels all over the island!

Giuseppe and his team were the perfect choice for our intimate wedding in Sicily. We put our trust in the many excellent reviews, and our expectations were exceeded. He delighted us and our 25 guests with regional and Sicilian specialties, tailored the menu entirely to our wishes, and even brought olives and snacks from his own farm for the aperitif. Communication was always quick and reliable. During the planning process, he took a great deal of time to discuss everything with us, even visiting the kitchen of our vacation house beforehand. He also shared his expertise and advised us on organizing the necessary plates, cutlery, and tableware. He arrived punctually, and from the very beginning, it was clear how professional and warm-hearted the entire team was in the kitchen. Despite a few delays in our schedule, everything was ready at exactly the right time. The food itself was a dream and exactly what we had hoped for: an absolutely outstanding meal. It was the perfect alternative to a typical wedding catering service. Afterwards, the kitchen and work surfaces were cleaner than before, and the remaining buffet items were thoughtfully packed and placed in the refrigerator for us to enjoy at breakfast the next morning. One thing that may be helpful to know, as we were initially unsure ourselves: depending on the number of guests, Giuseppe brings additional chefs. For our wedding of 25 guests, he came with his brother, father, and sister-in-law. Not only was it a pleasure having them around, but the food they prepared was simply exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend Giuseppe and his team. Thank you so much for everything!

Our chef, Giuseppe was incredible. He gave us many menu choices and was flexible about what we wanted such as different desserts for different people in our group. The food was all very fresh - some directly from his farm. We had fresh ricotta with other local cheeses and olives to nibble on as he and his brother, Angelo prepared the other dishes. We had a starter of eggplant, then pasta and the main was a delicious black pork roll. He was engaging, described all the dishes and ingredients and the food was wonderful. There was so much, that he left some for us to enjoy the next night. We would highly recommend using Guiseppe if you are in the Catania/ Toarmina area of Sicily.

Hiring Giuseppe was absolutely perfect. He made authentic Sicilian dishes that tasted amazing. We chose to do more of a bbq because of the season and it did not disappoint. He was punctual and left our kitchen cleaner that I it was before they started. Their ingredients were very fresh. For example they brought their own olive oil that was made two weeks ago! The whole group was happy and full by the end of the dinner! It was a great experience and would highly recommend Giuseppe! If you’re also lucky enough to get his dad as a sous chef, they make a great team!
